Gluten Free Products At Andersons we are aware that Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity and wheat allergies are very serious matters. Although we provide a list of gluten free products for our consumers, please be aware that like in any food service facility cross contamination may occur. Lemon ice and other ice flavors are gluten free Anderson's Frozen Custard, all flavors, are Gluten Free Hard Ice cream and homemade frozen yogurts and No Fat No Sugar Added soft serve and hard packed are gluten free: but, they have a clear chance of cross contamination.
