Yes, you read that correctly. We make all of it ourselves. Nels Anderson attended Penn State Ice Cream School, and graduated top in his class almost ten years ago. He began making his very own ice cream at our Main Street location, but the process quickly grew into a much larger manufacturing plant at our Sheridan Drive location. Now, highly trained ice cream makers produce over 100 flavors throughout the year. That’s over 90,000 gallons! Our store locations serve up to 32 flavors daily of our own famous creation, and all of it…all of it…is hand stirred.
